As the Membership Engagement & Retention Specialist, you’ll:

  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: From ideation to implementation across email, social, and digital platforms.
  • Drive Engagement: Create and curate content for newsletters, social media, and paid campaigns; optimize through A/B testing.
  • Analyze & Report: Build ROI reports, monitor campaign performance, and leverage tools like Power BI and Google Analytics to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Membership Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver targeted campaigns and ensure seamless member experiences.
  • Enhance Member Retention: Develop strategies for high-risk segments, facilitate auto-renewal processes, and support billing communications.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Adapt messaging for diverse audiences and ensure alignment across all channels.

Travel: 

  • Up to 10 days per year

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field required 
  • Past work experience in direct response marketing with knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing   
  • Experience with paid media, including Google and social media platforms, Google Analytics, and experience with SEO   
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot   
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Adobe Creative Suite   

Desired:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications/PR or Advertising, or Association 
  • Basic skill with HTML and/or web development software  
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required 

Salary Range: $63,000- $69,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
