In this role, you’ll lead the development and deployment of machine learning models and AI-powered enhancements to Power BI dashboards. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to solve high-impact problems, uncover trends, and deliver intelligence that drives smarter decisions. Your ability to translate technical concepts into business value and align data systems with organizational goals will be essential to your success.

Travel: 

  • Up to 5 days per year

Qualifications:

Required:

  • A strong foundation in AI/ML, data science, and analytics (Bachelor’s required, master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Power BI and data visualization
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn or TensorFlow
  • Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, forecasting, and anomaly detection
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, data-driven solutions

Desired:

  • Experience with medical associations, Agile methodologies, and Microsoft Azure tools

Salary Range: $105,000- $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
