As an Advanced Analytics and Data Science Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing predictive models, uncovering actionable insights, and driving data-informed strategies across Membership, Marketing, Education, and our Annual Meeting. In this role, you’ll lead the development of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyze large datasets, and deliver intelligence that drives smarter decisions. Your ability to communicate technical findings in a clear, business-focused manner and align data initiatives with organizational goals will be essential to your success.

Travel: Up to 5 days per year

Qualifications: Required:

  • Strong foundation in data science, AI/ML, and advanced analytics (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling, including 5+ years applying machine learning techniques in real-world scenarios
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn or TensorFlow
  • Experience with statistical modeling, A/B testing, forecasting, and anomaly detection
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, data-driven solutions

Desired:

  • Experience with healthcare or medical associations, Agile methodologies, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)

Salary Range: $105,000 ‒ $115,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
