As the Examinations Product Specialist, you’ll serve as the product owner for assigned AAOS examination programs, managing the full lifecycle from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts, embrace emerging technologies like AI, and ensure the highest standards of quality and relevance in our educational offerings.
- Lead examination development and production with minimal supervision
- Coordinate content workflows, schedules, and quality assurance
- Serve as liaison to Evaluation Committees and manage volunteer engagement
- Drive innovation through process improvements and technology adoption
- Oversee committee operations, budgets, and CME credit assignments
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support product success
- Support strategic planning and customer service for examination programs

- Up to 7 business days
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of progressive project management experience
- Comfort with technology and a proactive approach to learning new tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and database platforms
Desired:
- Experience in professional testing or medical association environments
- Background working with expert committees
- Proven success implementing process improvements or new technologies
- Interest in educational innovation and emerging tools
Salary Range: $63,000- $69,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
