As a Software Developer, you'll join our agile team and help build innovative solutions that support our mission. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain applications that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software solutions based on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Complete assigned tasks on time to meet sprint goals
  • Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and grooming sessions
  • Estimate story points based on complexity, volume, and risk
  • Create and maintain documentation throughout the SDLC
  • Collaborate with developers and engineers, while working independently when needed
  • Provide strong problem-solving and troubleshooting support
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or similar.  
  • 5 years’ experience software development using Microsoft technology stack (C# and ASP.NET) 
  • HTTP / REST, HTML5 / CSS3, C# / LINQ / XML / JSON, JAVASCRIPT / JQUERY / AJAX 
  • SQL 
  • Git / GitHub or similar version control system
  • Demonstrated understanding of solution architecture and design patterns 
  • Experience with one or more relational database platforms (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)  
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or CI/CD practices
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships and translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  

Desired:  

  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse data modeling 
  • Experience using Azure Cosmos, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage 
  • Experience in healthcare industry and / or with associations 
  • Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming 
  • Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures
  • Experience with using Entity Framework, LINQ, and ASP.Net MVC 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Travel:

  • Up to 5 days per year

Salary Range: $63,000-$69,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
