In the role of Senior Registry Research Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of high-impact analytics within our Combined Analytics team. As a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Registry Research Analyst you'll play a critical part in extracting, validating, and analyzing registry data to support research, reporting, and performance improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data extraction, quality assessment, and statistical analysis for registry reporting, publications, and sponsor requests
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and verification metrics to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Provide subject matter expertise on orthopaedic literature and research methodology
• Support member-facing resources such as Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) and performance metrics
• Maintain and enhance statistical code, analytic methods, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, surgeon leaders, and external stakeholders to complete projects
• Assist in testing dashboards and automated reports within the Registry Insights platform
• Contribute to onboarding materials and process improvements for registry analysts
• Provide feedback on system issues and support ad hoc projects across departments
• This role requires strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Advanced degree in health policy, public health, public policy/administration, health services research, clinical research, epidemiology and/or another related area.   
• Strong background in statistical analysis and models (e.g., uni/multivariate regression, survival analyses/curves) 
• Proficient with statistical analytic software systems such as SAS for complex data analysis.  
•  3-5 years of experience in a health services research or clinical capacity.   
• Proven experience managing complex analytic projects from conception to conclusion including defining project objectives and deliverables. 
• Experience with claims data (e.g., Centers for Medicare and Medicaid data).  
• Proven strength in managing diverse relationships among hospital/health care leaders, colleagues, project partners, and stakeholders. 
• Proven attention to detail and maintenance of data integrity and accuracy 
• Experience with proven communications and human relations skills and progressive levels of responsibility  
• Outstanding oral and written communication, including strong presentation skills. 
• Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, PHI, IRB and other relevant regulatory issues. 

Desired:

• Familiarity and experience with SQL, R, and Excel for complex data analysis. 
• Strong data management skills and experience with high level of data integrity 
• Familiarity with evidence-based medicine, health outcomes, health care quality standards and performance improvement 

Salary Range: $82,000- $89,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
