In this role, you’ll champion an automation‑first approach to quality. You’ll design and evolve automated test frameworks, build scalable test suites using tools like Katalon and Playwright, and lead test planning that blends automation with targeted manual testing.

You’ll integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, validate end‑to‑end business processes, analyze requirements, track and investigate defects, and continuously improve framework design and coverage. Your work ensures our systems deliver reliable, high‑quality experiences every time.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years leading QA and test automation for web applications.
  • Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools such as Katalon, Playwright, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies: automated/manual testing, system, regression, UAT.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Background in automation‑driven QA for core web applications.
  • Advanced understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Experience working in Agile and project‑based environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; adaptable to evolving technologies.
  • Effective collaborator across cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Desired:

  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AMS or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and PMI standards.

Travel:

  • Up to 5 days per year.

Salary Range: $83,000-$86,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
